I don’t know about you, but this is the time of year where I spend a lot of time cooking (& therefore eating), entertaining, camping (can I get an amen for s’mores?) and just doing things that are typically outside of our usual everyday life… Our schedule is busy too, and if I’m totally honest, I seem to eat more than I should and I have more treats and snacks than I should… and my water intake, well, it’s not where it needs to be either, and well, I don’t quite exercise as well as I should either…
Before we get back into the full swing of fall and before all the yuckies that go with it come out to play, I’m thinking about working on getting myself back on track.
Now, don’t get me wrong, I am not planning on cutting out the fun, heck, I’m not really even planning on stopping doing all those things, but there are two things I am going to do and I wonder if you wanted to join me too? We could be buddies and cheer each other on – hahaha

Edited to add: NingXia Red comes in either bottles or the little individual packets – both are the same awesome goodness, but some people prefer one or the other. I usually like to have a combination on hand, often I will grab a couple chilled pouches and put them in my bag on the run, but we also use the bottle in home.
